Your Questions About Dessert Recipes With Strawberries

Sharon asks…
What is a non-dessert recipe that utilizes a lot of strawberries?
I’m loaded with strawberries right now, but the only recipes I found when searching were cakes and sweet, dessert-like items. Thanks.

Strawberry Paradise Salad… Inspired by the Strawberry Fields Salad from T.G.I. Fridays restaurant:
-about 1 – 1 1/2 cups of thinly sliced strawberries (cut up strawberries FIRST before measuring), or more depending on your taste
-One head of lettuce
-Baby arugala (half a bag is good)
-chopped walnuts (one bag is good)
-block of fresh feta cheese with basil
-balsamic vinagriette
- 1/2 to 1 cup of chopped pineapples, oranges, OR peaches
Toss it all together and enjoy! Light, refreshing, delicious.

Mary asks…
lost recipe involving strawberries and pretzels in a dessert?
I can’t remember what it is called, but it is a refrigerator dessert with strawberries, and I think cool whip, but it definitely has pretzels in it, which sounds crazy but it was good and I’m wondering if anybody knows what recipe I mean.
10 points for first if you find it! Even the name would help so I could search it. Thanks
